Follow Up Contact Type, Recommendations, Referral Response, and Current Services
The charts below summarize follow-up actions and current supports for students flagged for concern. Most follow-up contacts occurred directly with students, with school-based support and external referrals being the most common recommendations. While guardians generally accepted referrals, students declined an equal number of referrals. Additionally, many students were already receiving external therapy or in-school services.
